Forklift Maintenance Management Manual
To make the forklift work properly and give full play to its potential:
Maintenance measures, technical maintenance measures, are generally:
1. Daily maintenance, after each shift.
2. Level 1 technical maintenance, after 100 cumulative working hours, one shift is equivalent to 2 weeks.
3. Level 2 technical maintenance, after 500 cumulative working hours, one shift is equivalent to one quarter.
1. Daily maintenance
Inspection before starting the forklift:
1. Check whether the front and rear air pressure of the forklift is within the specified range.
2. Check the connection of each connection: whether the bolts and nuts are rusted.
3. Check whether there is dirt, mud, dust, etc. on the fork frame and the gantry slide.
4. Check whether the motor and starter are qualified and rusty.
5. Check the tightness of the fork frame and support.
6. Check whether the lifting link tightening screws are qualified and rusty.
7. Check the wheel nuts, etc.
8. Check whether the battery is short of liquid (except maintenance-free and lithium batteries).
Inspection after starting:
1. Check the flexibility of the foot brake.
2. Check the flexibility of the steering gear.
3. Check the flexibility of lifting and tilting.
4. Check whether there is leakage in each joint.
Maintenance after parking:
1. Check whether the connection of each part is loose and whether there is rust.
2. Check whether there is leakage in each joint.
3. Clean the forklift, sweep and wipe the dust.
Clean the dirt, mud and dirt on the forklift, the key parts are: fork frame and mast slide, generator and starter battery electrode fork column, water tank, air filter.
Check the tightness of each part, the key is: fork frame support, lifting chain tension screw, wheel screw, wheel fixing pin, brake, steering screw.
Check the reliability and flexibility of foot brake and steering.
Check for leaks, focusing on: pipe joints, brake pump, lift cylinder, tilt cylinder, transmission, drive axle, main reducer, hydraulic steering gear, and steering cylinder.
