Forklifts are mainly used for transporting goods during operations. Forklifts are logistics equipment for transporting goods, while manual hydraulic handling vehicles are simple, effective, and common loading, unloading, and handling tools for pallet transportation in handling stations. During transportation, insert the fork it carries into the tray hole, and manually drive the hydraulic system to lift and lower the tray cargo, and then manually pull to complete the transportation operation.
Precautions when using a forklift for transportation
1. The carrying capacity of forklift trucks is usually tonnage, so do not overload them when using them;
Before using a moving vehicle, check if the ground conditions permit its use;
3. Different working oils should be selected according to different environments to avoid affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
4. Before using the forklift, check whether the structure of each part is normal and whether there is any looseness in the connecting parts.
5. The goods should be evenly distributed on the fork surface, and should not be tilted left or right or lifted by a single fork to prevent damage to the machinery or accidents caused by the overturning of the goods.
6. After the homework is completed, the goods should be unloaded and the vehicle should be placed in a low position. It is not allowed to press heavy objects on the forks for a long time.
7. During the transportation process of a forklift, air may enter the hydraulic system due to inversion, causing the piston rod to lift slowly or the pressure to not meet the working requirements. When there is no load, the vehicle should be placed in a low position, while holding the hook and reciprocating several times to restore normal operation.
